My home's airflow needed some balancing, and Venancio was wonderful. He provided all of our options with completely transparent pricing, making sure we knew exactly what was included. While they were working, the team also performed a health check on our unit. We decided to go with just the airflow balancing work needed for today. However, the team also explained a couple of maintenance items that could improve our system down the road. The information was incredibly helpful, and they left us with a clear quote so it's ready to go whenever we decide to tackle it. I can only say great things about the staff and service at Reliable Heating and Air! It’s a stressful time when your AC goes out on a 90 degree day, but they were so helpful and accommodating. A tech came out right away. I knew my system needed to be replaced so we talked about options and pricing. The price was less than the competition. They came out on a holiday and replaced my entire system in one day! The techs were professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company!
