I had a fantastic experience with Reliable Heating and Air and will absolutely be working with them again in the future! The entire process was seamless. Scheduling online was incredibly easy, and when I needed to adjust my appointment date, a quick phone call made the change completely painless. I also loved the reminder text messages and emails they were helpful for tracking the status, especially on the day of the appointment when my technician, Venancio, was en route. My home's airflow needed some balancing, and Venancio was wonderful. He provided all of our options with completely transparent pricing, making sure we knew exactly what was included. While they were working, the team also performed a health check on our unit. We decided to go with just the airflow balancing work needed for today. However, the team also explained a couple of maintenance items that could improve our system down the road. The information was incredibly helpful, and they left us with a clear quote so it's ready to go whenever we decide to tackle it. Highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air for their professionalism, communication, and honest service!

Craig was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was thorough and efficient in conducting the regular maintenance. He went above and beyond in dealing with a nest of mice in our outdoor units. He relocated the nest without hurting any of the mice. Craig is a great ambassador for your company.

I can only say great things about the staff and service at Reliable Heating and Air! It’s a stressful time when your AC goes out on a 90 degree day, but they were so helpful and accommodating. A tech came out right away. I knew my system needed to be replaced so we talked about options and pricing. The price was less than the competition. They came out on a holiday and replaced my entire system in one day! The techs were professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company!
