Reliable Heating & Air provided exceptional services when visiting my home. I initially sent a request for one service but quickly learned about that services and others that would improve my HVAC system. Caleb H. Was very knowledgeable and patient working with me. He was very thorough and took his time where I didn’t feel as though I was being sold a bunch of stuff that was not useful and would incur unnecessary costs! Caleb was diligent in getting my services scheduled quickly and the costs were very reasonable compared to other companies I also spoke with.

Our brand new HVAC system, installed by Reliable, hasn't even been through its first heating season and has failed to produce heat on two occasion already. Both repairs have been covered by warranty but this last episode left our home at 55 degrees for over three days. The technicians who were sent were responsive and polite but the company didn't have the necessary parts available.
Even after the parts were secured, there was a significant delay in responding.

Looking for a whole house humidifier. The Tech/Consultant arrived timely, was very knowledgeable, professional and informative. He discussed several options and then provided quotes. I appreciated the amount of time Antonio spent reviewing current HVAC performance and explaining equipment options. Pricing was higher than expected, however, I don’t yet have other quotes to compare. It likely reflects current market pricing.

Diego Hernandez is the best!
To be honest I was ready to give up on Reliable because of our first maintenance experience with them. In the Spring one of their maintenance techs came to service our A/C. He checked the air filter (which I had just replaced), opened one panel in our HVAC system and looked inside for about a minute, and he sprayed our condensor unit with water for a few minutes - all things I could have done. Maybe the tech was thinking that since our house was only a year old it didn't need much attention. Maybe it was the fact that our appointment was late on a Friday afternoon, but he was in and out quickly. I wasn't impressed.
The only reason I had Reliable come back in the Fall to do maintenance was that we had already paid for a year of maintenance. This time we hit the jackpot! Diego Hernandez was our maintenance technician this time and he is spectacular! He checked EVERYTHING! He explained what he was doing and was very competent and knowledgeable. He fine tuned our furnace for optimum performance and made sure everything was within proper tolerances. I'm asking Reliable to make Diego my permanent technician.
