Reliable, is just that, reliable. Their tech consistently arrives at my home for service on time. This is my second HVAC check with the company. Jose, my technician, was very detailed when explaining his findings and showed me the photos of the issues also. Jose gave me a timeline to address the concerns and he explained the impact of not addressing the issues within the reasonable time frame. I appreciated the company sending the same tech, Jose. It was nice to see the same person who had come out for the last service check. Thanks, reliable for your continued great service. I wish you had a military customer discount.

I called this company because the builder allowed my system to be installed improperly. After the first visit, they corrected my issue. I signed up for the system maintenance program after the tech completed the work and it is awesome. They have completed two rounds of maintenance at my home and each time they educate me about how my system can continue to function properly. When Joe came he took the time to really get my system to work at its best. He corrected any issues that took place and then educated me on how to keep it running for many years. Up there is a technician at my house on July 6th and Antonio showed me what was wrong. Fixed it and was very transparent in the process highly recommend the service and we intend to sign up for their annual maintenance to prevent running into issues like this again.

Friday night the 1st floor thermostat went blank. We tried all the options on the Internet, but no luck. Called Sat morn, got human and service, then a return scheduling call – and service at 1 pm. Joe tested it, gave us the options for replacing the thermostat and the pricing —and made sure we understood. The new unit was installed and programmed – well done.

Professional, on time, and very personable. We had a routine AC maintenance done before the heat of summer arrived and Jose spotted some “Growth”. He recommended a Reme system and installed it the same day. I’m glad he caught it before it became worse.
