We recently moved into a new build and our upstairs AC didn't function correctly from the first day. Our new Lennox unit was defective and needed replacement. After some back and forth about fixing vs. replacement, Tracy and Chris went the extra mile to make things right for us and installed a new unit in record time. HVAC System Not Sized Correctly
Craig Crocker has been great at fixing all our problems with our HVAC. He has gone above and beyond to determine that our new system that was installed with our new home was not sized correctly and the venting needs to be rerouted to fix airflow blockages. This is why our system is overloading the blower motor and compressors and will continue to break down. These systems are meant to last way longer than a few years regardless if parts are warrantied for 10 years. The labor and time are not covered and should be covered. They are also working to get a write-up to present to the original installers and get reimbursed for all the time and costs.

I had a tune-up on my air conditioner. Craig listened to our concern that the house wasn't balanced. He explained how he was going to do the adjustment for the upstairs. Jose Zepeda did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even found a small issue with some mold growth that our past 2 companies neglected to find. He took pictures of the growth and assured us that it wasn’t a huge deal yet but suggested it would be good to have it taken care of. He sent over estimates for having it fixed and literature on how to prevent it in the future. 10/10 would recommend Jose and Reliable Heating and Air!
